CMU wallsBearing, partition, retaining and screen walls by unit size and type, with bond beams and lintel courses called out.
Brick & veneerFace brick, thin brick and adhered veneer by area and unit count, with ties and through-wall flashing.
Stone & cast stoneNatural stone, plus cast stone sills, caps, coping and trim, by area or by the linear foot.
Grout & reinforcingGrout by cells filled or solid fill, plus vertical bars, joint reinforcing and dowels.
Mortar & accessoriesMortar by type, control joints, weeps and anchors, carried from the specs.
Labor by wall heightWall heights and access drive the labor lines, so tall walls and short walls are priced apart, with scaffold as its own line.

Do you deduct openings?
Yes. Doors, windows and louvers come out of the gross wall area, and lintels are added back as their own line.
How is grout carried?
By the cells your drawings call to be filled, at the spacing shown, or solid where walls are fully grouted. It's shown in cubic yards.
Can you split CMU and veneer?
Yes. Each wall type gets its own section, and we can break it out by elevation, level or bid alternate.
How fast can I get it?
