This policy describes how StatLab LLC ("StatLab", "we") handles information collected through statlabllc.com and our client portal.

Information you give us, such as your name, company, contact details, project details and the files you upload. We also collect basic technical data, such as browser type, country and a scrambled (hashed) IP address, for security and to prevent abuse. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we don't store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To respond to your requests, provide our services and take payment, and to run and secure our site. We may email you about your request or our services, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your information.
3. Sample requests
We email you a private, time-limited link to the sample, and we may record when it's opened.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Sharing
We share information with the people and contractors who need it to do the work, and with service providers that help us run our business. We also share it where the law requires.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
7. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal obligations. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
