Estimating fees depend on scope, drawing count and how much of the set is actually developed — so we price each job after we've seen it, not from a rate card that would be wrong either way.
Confidentiality
Your drawings stay yours.
We use them to price your job and nothing else. Not shared outside the estimators working on it, never used as sample or marketing material, and deleted whenever you ask. That is how we operate on every set that comes in — you don't have to request it.

Before you send
What makes a quote fast.
The more of the set we have, the tighter the fee — and the fewer assumptions end up on your exclusions sheet.
Most useful: the drawing index, the division you're bidding, the specification section, and the bid due date. Nice to have: addenda, RFI responses, and any scope letter you've already had from the GC.
Partial set is fine. We'd rather tell you what's missing than guess.
