By circuit, from the panel schedules and the home runs on the plans, with extra for drops and makeup at each box.
Do you count from the schedules?
Yes. Fixtures, panels, devices and equipment are counted from the schedules and checked against the plans, and mismatches get flagged.
Can I use my own labor rates and markups?
Yes. Every line carries unit man-hours, and the bid recap holds your labor rate, sales tax, overhead and profit as inputs. Change them and the totals follow.
